1. Data collection
EatWater does not collect personal information. It uses no account, advertising, analytics SDK, or developer-operated server.
2. On-device data
Water records, goals, schedule settings, and notification preferences stay in the local iPhone App Group container shared by the app and widget.
3. Notifications and Apple Health
Notifications are scheduled on the device. Apple Health integration is optional; with permission, new water entries may be written to Health. The app does not read Health data and the developer cannot access it.
4. Retention and deletion
Records can be deleted in the app. Uninstalling removes local data; records already saved in Apple Health may need to be removed there separately.
